Within 24 Hours of Booking: If you decide to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking, you’re entitled to a full refund without any cancellation fee. This allows you to adjust your travel plans as needed without added stress.

After 24 Hours of Booking: For cancellations made beyond the 24-hour window, the airline's specific policies apply. As traveloexplorer operates as a third-party service, we adhere to the terms set by the airline regarding refunds and cancellations. Full refunds may not always be available, depending on the airline’s conditions.

How to Cancel: To cancel a reservation, contact our customer service team by phone. Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellation requests via email to ensure quicker processing and real-time support.

No-Show Policy: No refund or fee waiver will be provided if you fail to show up for your flight without prior cancellation. Arriving on time is crucial to retaining the value of your ticket.

Refund Policy

Refund Process: As a third-party booking service, all refunds will be subject to the airline’s policies. traveloexplorer does not issue refunds directly, but we will guide you through the steps necessary to secure your refund from the airline.

Refund Timing: Typically, refunds are processed within 10-15 business days. However, depending on your bank, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account. In rare cases, the process may extend to 60-90 days.

Payment Method: Refunds will be returned using the original booking method. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer refunds to alternate accounts or payment methods.

Service Fees: Our service fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation occurs within 2 hours of booking. Please ensure you review the terms carefully to avoid any surprises.
